Come and try these free stress busting sessions at your local community centre!
It’s a friendly new local group in York Street Community Centre, where you can get FREE support to understand
why you feel stressed / anxious.
The group will help you develop new skills to deal with your stress / anxiety.
This includes how to manage symptoms like panic attacks, trouble sleeping, dealing with negative thinking and ways to improve your self-confidence.
Sessions will be on Friday 10th, 17th, 24th February and 3rd, 10th, 24th March 1.30pm - 2.30pm.
