Skills for Life Plus is a new way to help you get the most out of your learning.

Our next set of courses are due to start in April 2017, following on from courses held earlier this year.

The courses offer support tailored towards giving you the best chance of finding work or support you with your health and wellbeing.

    Our successful Health & Wellbeing programme aims to help you feel better about yourself, deal with stress and meet new people.

    We will also support you in building your confidence.
