You are eligible for View Points if you live in a Stockport Homes property.
You are only eligible for points if you attend for the duration of the event.
It is your responsibility to sign in at the start of the event. If you do not sign in, we don’t have proof you attended and you will not be eligible for the points.
All online or paper surveys must be completed in full and by the deadline given to be eligible for the points.
A minimum of 50 points are required before you are eligible for a voucher within the 6 month period.
Vouchers will be distributed at 6 monthly intervals covering accrued points from 1 April to 30 September and 1 October to 31 March inclusive. Points will not be rolled over to the next 6 month period.
Stockport Homes will ensure that you are notified of any voucher entitlement in a 6 month period by letter, phone or email.
Vouchers must be signed for and are to be collected from Stockport Homes’ head office at 1 St. Peter’s Square. Vouchers not collected from Stockport Homes’ Head Office within one month of notification will no longer be available. Exceptions to this will be considered where customers are unable to collect from head office.
The points are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Once issued, vouchers are the customer’s responsibility. Lost, damaged or out of date vouchers cannot be replaced.
The voucher usage is not the responsibility of Stockport Homes.
View Points is open to employees of Stockport Homes that are also tenants of a Stockport Homes managed property. Attendance at meetings or completion of surveys must not be done during working hours.
